Aristocrat has officially launched its Aristocrat Interactive real money gaming business, with all units previously operating under its Anaxi branding and those obtained via its acquisition of Neo Group Ltd – including NeoGames, Aspire Global, BtoBet and Pariplay – now under the new brand as of Wednesday. A new website is planned to launch by 1 September.
In a presentation to investors, Aristocrat management also unveiled Aristocrat Interactive’s go-to-market structure and key leadership appointments, with the segment to operate with five business units: iLottery, Content & Aggregation, Gaming Systems, iGaming & Sports, and iGaming White-Label.
The goal, it explained, is to offer customers an “unrivaled choice of deep, rich, connected experiences, and customizable needs that will entertain and engage players.”
This will include the company’s broader gaming content, full-service iLottery capabilities, a comprehensive suite of back-end solutions, and support for land operators in casinos and sports.
The five Managing Directors named to support Aristocrat Interactive’s five business units are Chris Shaban for iLottery, Adrian Bailey for Content & Aggregation, Neil Crossan for Gaming Systems, Dima Reiderman for iGaming & Sports, and Jonathan Chilton for iGaming White-Label.
“We are excited to reach this next milestone in our journey to be the global leader in digital gaming experiences. With the launch of Aristocrat Interactive, we believe we are uniquely positioned to spearhead a new era of connected experiences,” said Aristocrat Interactive CEO, Moti Malul.
“With our integration of world-class content, cutting-edge technology and service offerings, we are focused on offering a new standard of excellence for our valued customers. We are excited to unite our global teams and deliver innovative solutions that will delight players and empower operators around the world. The future is bright, and we will work hard to ensure that Aristocrat Interactive is at the forefront of this transformative journey.”
